Once you click on Beachbody on Demand, a new window will open up. Click on the Sign In button on the top right corner, pictured below:
After you click on the Sign In link, you’ll see the Sign In page. This is where you place in your Team Beachbody account email and password. Simply enter your information and then click on the Sign In button on the bottom (see picture below).
And you’re done! You will now be logged into Beachbody on Demand!
Beachbody on Demand offers 3 main workout libraries that you’ll have access to, here they are as you scroll down: Purchased Programs, Member Library, and Premium Content… These are then followed by two filters or categories: By Type and By Trainer.
While you will likely focus on the Member Library, we’ll cover each one individually now so that you get a better idea of what Beachbody on Demand has to offer…
BOD: Purchased Programs
There are two ways to gain access to Purchased Programs:
You bought a physical copy of the workout (individually or as a Beachbody Challenge Pack which includes Shakeology at a discounted price).

As you can see below, when you hover over a workout program, you’ll see a UNLOCK NOW button. See below…
When you push the UNLOCK NOW button, you will be taken to the workout page. In the example below, I clicked on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME workout. As you can see, you are not instantly charged for pushing the UNLOCK NOW button. Instead, you see what’s included in the workout and you even have access to a SAMPLE WORKOUT!
If you prefer to stream your workouts online, then the Digital Unlock is a great option for you. However, keep in mind that you only have access to these workouts for as long as you are Beachbody on Demand member. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to what you have Digitally Unlocked. However, if you cancel and then sign up again for BOD later, with the same email, you will have access to anything you have unlocked.
Personally, I would recommend ordering the physical copy of the workout you desire because this will give you “free” access to your workout in Beachbody on Demand. Plus, you will always have the DVDs with you. Click Here to Shop for the Workout You Want
While the last 3 options is probably where you’ll spend most of your time with, the By Type option is a great place to start if you’re not really sure which workout you want yet. Under the By Type category, you have the following options:

Slim & Tone
Simply click on any of the options and you’ll see the workouts that are best suited for your choice. For example, if you choose Less than 30 min., you’ll see several different workouts and even any Premium Content that has yet to be unlocked (see image below).
Under Which BOD Workout Should I Choose?, I’ll recommend a few different workouts to look into but the “By Type” option is another way for you to figure out the best workout program for you.
Finally, if you love a specific Beachbody Trainer, you can see what workouts are available to you according to the Trainer that you desire. For example, most people love either Tony Horton, Shaun T, or Autumn Calabrese (see image below). However, feel free to browse around because there are 13 trainers currently on BOD and soon there will be another!
Everything that has been covered above is all you really need to start losing weight and enjoying your Beachbody on Demand account. However, there are a few more extras that are worth mentioning and checking out if you have the time…

Challenge Du Jour
Have you done several Beachbody workout programs already? Or maybe you love mixing up your workout routines so that you have a different trainer every few days?
If you’re looking for a nice mix of workouts, then try out the Challenge Du Jour. These workouts are chosen by Beachbody fitness experts so that you have a different workout every single day. A different workout will be chosen from the Member’s Library or The Master Trainers library everyday, and will follow the following sequence:
Tuesday: Lower Body or Total Body Resistance
Friday: Upper Body or Total Body Resistance
Sunday: Total Body Resistance/Core
If you get bored with following the same style of workout every single week and are not sure how to create a balanced workout schedule, then the Challenge Du Jour is a great opportunity for you to change it up!
If you choose to follow the Challenge Du Jour, make sure to find a Nutrition Guide from your Member’s Library to follow if you’re looking to lose weight.
You can also design your own, personalized meal plan since as a Team Beachbody Club member you’ll have access to a Personalized Meal Planner. Go to TeamBeachbody.com, Log Into your account, and on the menu on the top, go to “Eat Smart” and select “My Meal Planner”. From there look for the “Use the Meal Plan Wizard” button to start creating your own meal plan.
These workouts are a bonus addition to create more variation. Although not a complete workout program or even having a set schedule like the other libraries, The Master Trainers library gives you several different type of workouts that are led by those trained to lead Live Classes.

It’s nice if you want to see someone else teach some of the workouts that are already in the Member’s Library or if you just want to see a different setting for a workout. However, if your goal is to lose weight or get fit, stick to the Member’s Library, a program you choose to Digitally Unlock, or the Challenge Du Jour…

This really doesn’t have anything to do with a set workout program to help you lose weight. However, if you love Reality TV shows, this will soon become one of your favorite shows. Starting August 8, 2016, Beachbody will be airing THE 20s on Beachbody on Demand only. THE 20s follows 20 aspiring Trainers that are competing for a chance to be the next Beachbody Super Trainer!
Each trainer will use his or her own unique personality, fitness background, and ability to motivate others in an epic battle. You’ll watch them live, work, and compete side-by-side to prove they have what it takes. In the end, one determined aspiring trainer will earn the coveted, life changing grand prize: the title of Beachbody’s next Super Trainer and a contract to develop their own home fitness program!
Here are a few challenges that they will face:
Each aspiring trainer will be expected to create and star in 2 of their own original workouts. The 2 workouts will be 20 minutes long and made available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand.
Trainers will test and enhance their skills in new challenges each week.
Beachbody On Demand viewers will vote for the winner, which will be a factor in deciding who will become the next Beachbody Super Trainer. Voting starts October 17, 2016.

It’s hard to say which Beachbody workout program you will enjoy most because everyone is different (see Top Selling Workouts Here). However, here are the top 6 workouts from the Member’s Library that I would recommend checking out first…
Beachbody on Demand Beginner Workouts…
1. Focus T25 – Want a simple cardio workout that you can get done anywhere? Then try out Focus T25! T25 is high-intensity, non-stop, 25-minute workouts that give you everything you need, nothing you don’t. Plus, there’s a modifier just in case to make it a little easier 😉 No equipment required.
2. Brazil Butt Lift – Looking to shape, lift, and firm your butt? This is a great beginner, dance workout that will help you accomplish just that. You’ll need a sculpting band and dumbbells or resistance bands.
3. Slim in 6 – This is a beginner’s workout that focuses on full-body slimming and toning focused on abs, thighs, buns, and hips. This workout combines cardio with light resistance moves to burn fat and reshape your body. You will need some light dumbbells or a resistance band for some of the workouts.
4. Hip Hop Abs – Love dancing and want a great cardio workout? Hip Hop Abs is a calorie-burning cardio and total-body sculpting focused on abs and core. No equipment required.
5. TurboFire – TurboFire makes use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to ignite your metabolism and help your body burn calories for up to 48 hours after your workout. This is a fantastic cardio workout that you’ll love and will help you move up to doing Insanity! No equipment required.
6. P90X3 – P90X3 is like P90X but only 30 minutes for every single workout. Don’t worry… you don’t need to have gone through P90X nor P90X3 to start this workout. P90X3 offers an array of workouts from cardio, resistance, isometrics, and even yoga. You will, however, need some dumbbells or resistance bands and a pull up bar or resistance bands with a door attachment.
Beachbody on Demand Challenging Workout Programs…
The above are great beginner workouts that will help you lose weight. Plus, many people do more than one round and continue to see weight loss results over and over again! If you want more of a challenging workout and have more time to workout, check out the following three options:
1. Insanity: Insanity is purely cardio and intense! However, it’s the best fat burning workout program available on the Member’s Library. There’s no equipment required. A jump mat is recommended because of all the jumping you’ll be doing. Insanity is not recommended for those with knee problems.
2. P90X: P90X is longer than P90X3 but there’s no denying that it gets incredible results. You’ll need more equipment than any other workout but it’s because P90X is one of the most well rounded workout programs. Tony Horton does his best to make his workouts to be useful in real world situations by including: Resistance Training, Cardio, Flexibility, and much more. You will need some dumbbells or resistance bands and a pull up bar or resistance bands with a door attachment.
3. ChaLean Extreme: ChaLean Extreme is similar to P90X but not as extreme. So, if you’re looking for a well rounded program that includes cardio and resistance training, then check out this workout. After all, muscle burns fat! Don’t worry, you will NOT bulk up like the Hulk with ChaLean Extreme, but you will build some lean and sexy muscles. You will need some dumbbells or resistance bands for this workout.

Workouts May Be Difficult to See on Smaller Screens: If you have an AppleTV, ChromeCast, FireTV Stick or Roku, you can mirror these workouts onto your television and this will make it easier for you to see the workouts.
Limited Play Options: When you purchase a program and have the DVDs, you have the option to play the music, only hear the instructions, mute all sound or both. With Beachbody On Demand, your only option is to either hear both the music and instruction or mute all.

Click into the program that contains the workout you would like to download.
Click the downward icon to the right of the workout.
Select the download quality you would like to use. The higher the quality, the more storage it will take up. Additionally, longer videos will also take up more storage.
If you are not connected to WiFi, you will be asked if you like to use cellular data to download the video. Choose how you would like to download the video to begin the process.
