Alesha is on her forth round of the 21 Day Fix, so she’s had a lot of practice with making 21 Day Fix approved meals. In her 5 Day 21 Day Fix meals above, she has Shakeology and a banana for breakfast, fruit as a snack, baked chicken with brown rice and broccoli for lunch, and hummus with carrots as an afternoon snack. To keep from getting bored with her food, she cooks dinners fresh every other night and eats leftovers on the second night.
Diana not only makes her own meals but also her husbands meals as well. Her husband enjoys having cottage cheese with carrots and celery for a snack, and either egg salad or hamburger with steamed potatoes and fresh berries for lunch. Her meals each day are Shakeology with spinach and water (not pictured), two hard-boiled eggs with 1/2 avocado, almonds (not pictured), spinach salad with chicken, bell pepper, strawberries, and pomegranate vinaigrette for lunch, and organic chicken sausage with raw veggies are an afternoon snack. She didn’t share what she eats for dinner but I’m sure it’s 21 Day Fix approved 😉
Fit_Mom11 doesn’t like meal prep day because it wakes some work to do. However, she loves how much time it frees up during her week so that she can spend more time with her son. She made her salad using 21 Day Fix green containers for lettuce (green), chicken (red), and a quinoa blend (yellow).
Breakfast is often the hardest meal to prepare because most people are rushing out the door. Some people will normally drinking Shakeology for breakfast, but this person made her own meal on the go. The mason jars above have yogurt with oats and fresh berries.
